Online appointment booking for medical clinics
MediSlot is online appointment booking for medical clinics. A clinic shares one booking link. Patients choose a department, a doctor, and a time that matches real working hours. The front desk keeps that day in one list, instead of copying names from the phone into a notebook. Reminders can go out by email or SMS when the clinic turns them on, so the team spends less time calling people back to confirm a visit.
What the clinic uses every day
Scheduling shows only the hours each doctor actually works. The patient page collects the details the clinic asks for, then sends a confirmation. Departments and specializations keep a larger practice in order. Reception, managers, and doctors sign in to the same MediSlot workspace, each with a role. The agenda lists today’s visits. Patient search finds a record without a paper file. A change log keeps appointment edits, and birthdays sit beside the schedule so the desk is not jumping between tools.
The clinic decides which booking steps stay on. Patients can be asked for a department, a specialization, a doctor, and then a date and time. Name and contact details are requested at the end, after a free slot is chosen. Hours that are already taken, or that sit outside the weekly schedule, are not offered. Several doctors can share one account without seeing another clinic’s calendar.
Set up the clinic, then share one link
First setup usually takes a few minutes. Add doctors and weekly hours, choose the booking steps patients actually need, then share the link, a QR code, or an embed on a website the clinic already has. New bookings appear in the notification bell. Staff confirm or move a visit from the agenda. A seven-day trial starts with the clinic account, so the team can use the desk before picking a plan.
An existing website can keep its own pages. Share and embed provides a QR code, an iframe, and a floating button. Or publish a MediSlot page and type the address yourself. Patients book from that public page without a staff login. If the clinic already has an appointment list, say so during registration and the move onto MediSlot can be talked through before the old book is retired.
Plans for a single chair or a whole clinic
Starter is for a practice with one provider. It includes the online booking page, email reminders, and basic reporting, at twenty-nine dollars a month. Clinic is for a team that wants the full desk: up to ten providers, SMS and email reminders, a published page, an embed, and the patient list, at seventy-nine dollars a month. Enterprise is for groups with more than one location. It includes unlimited providers, roles for the team, help moving an existing appointment list, and a direct support line. The price for that plan is agreed with the clinic.
Before you create the clinic
Each clinic only sees its own doctors, patients, and appointments. Staff sign in with their own role, so one login does not open another clinic’s day. Patient data stays inside that workspace. Confirmations and reminders are sent by the clinic, by email or by SMS, and SMS billing is controlled in settings. Nothing is sent until those messages are turned on.
After a visit is booked, the front desk sees it on the agenda the same day. A sample dashboard is there if you want to click through the menu before you register. The sample stays in the browser session and does not save a real patient. Online appointment booking for medical clinics is the job MediSlot is built for: one link, real hours, and a calmer front desk.
